As is the case with all of my asset packs available on itch, this pack is Royalty Free and usable in any engine without limitation - all I ask is that if you have credits, to please pop my handle VexedEnigma/PixelJustice or name D Machin in there!
Please note: Some of the graphics contained in this pack have previously been made available as part of my POP! Horror City graphic packs for RPG Maker, available on Steam and via the official RPG Maker Web store - however, this is the first time these graphics are available as part of a Non-RPG Maker license, allowing them to be used in any game creation engine you like!
Please note: Character sprites shown in screenshots are for illustrative purposes only but are available to purchase as part of my sold seperately. VexedEnigma, these are great packs! I got this and the sprites and love them. Just a quick question; I'm trying to use this in tiled map editor and it's having a hard time creating a terrain with the outer edges (border walls), Tiled seems to like 9x9 better for this I've noticed and your border walls are 1 for the inner and 4 for the outer. Do you have any suggestions for getting this to work for my needs? Presently I cannot make a solid border wall. Am I just trying to use it in the wrong context?
Thank you, and keep up the great work! There are a few differences between the packs so, bear with me and I'll try my best to explain.
The packs available currently on Itch do not contain all of the resources from the Steam bundle - The Sprite Packs contain all the character sprites and portraits available in the Steam packs plus some exclusive sprites - the Tile packs contain completely different tiles from the Steam bundle, some of which are only available exclusively from Itch. I will be making the tiles from the Steam bundle available on Itch as soon as possible, however it takes some time to convert all the auto-tiles for use in engines other than RPG Maker.
I'm hoping to have them out in the next week or two, so please keep an eye out. Thanks for the interest. Hope that answered your question but if you need any more info, please just let me know:).

Screenshot Saturday is a weekly thread dedicated to showing off some latest creations of members of the sub. Posting could be for showing off or asking for feedback. Other useful RM websites. Short answer: Yes, it can be done. Longer answer: Say you can successfully make the map, make/find a telescope sprite, etc. It would be easy to make a character walk up the telescope and say something like, 'Time to look in my telescope!'
The tricky thing would be to make the full moon and animate the full moon crashing down. While you could probably do this with a separate map and some events, you might be better off making it a movie file and using an event that cues the movie. Then once the movie is over, cutting back to the map and eventing the protagonist to run. A simple map transfer could shift over to a map with a bed and the character wakes up.
