Band of Horses have announced their 5th album, Why Are You OK - produced by Grandaddy's Jason Lytle. As the follow up to 2012's Mirage Rock, fans are sure to be very excited for the news. It will be released this June, according to Entertainment Weekly. The announcement follows a scavenger hunt Band of Horses held in Austin's SXSW last week to tease the album. Why Are You OK has been in the works for quite some time. Ben Bridwell told EW that Rick Rubin was involved in helping make the album and cites OutKast and Kendrick Lamar as influences.
The tracklist hasn't been announced yet, but EW mentions that the opening track, 'Dull Times: The Moon,' is an epic seven minutes long.
